Hi, Cohorts!
We're pleased to announce that with your epic support, we've just passed the 125-backer milestone!
That means we've unlocked a new FREE bonus comic that every single backer will get with their digital rewards!
The Last Ember #0
"It has happened before, long ago. Now, here, one final time, it happens again..."
Ember is an ordinary teenage girl with ordinary teenage problems. Until one fateful date, her entire world changes, and something deep down inside of her - something she never knew existed - comes to the surface. That is the day that the fire started.
Now, Ember must try to understand what is happening to her and why. Unbeknownst to her, it has all happened before, and she is the last in a long line of Icons to possess these abilities. Her life is about to get much more complicated.
Created by Brant Fowle, John Wilson, Rudi Sucipto, and Lisa Moore, TheLastEmber #0 is sure delight all of our backers!

Hey there, Cohorts!
When a Kickstarter campaign hits the 72-hour mark, it starts counting down in hours instead of days. Well, right now, we’re at 50 hours remaining in the campaign to fund the Cohorts Anthology! ⏲️
And we want you to 🎉 celebrate with us when it ends on Friday.
It's (Almost) 🎊Party Time!🎊
On the evening of Friday, December 8, as the campaign winds down, we’ll live-stream on Twitch, where we'll show off the gorgeous art in this stunning collection, play the campaign video—including the bloopers—and give away goodies to our viewers!
The party will start at 5:30 pm Mountain Time (UTC -7 / 7:30 Eastern / 6:30 Central / 4:30 Pacific) and last for around two hours.
Come join the live chat on Twitch, say hello, meet our creators, and party with us!
In the meantime, let's keep sharing the heck out of this campaign so we can scratch that 125-backer milestone bonus off the list before it's too late!

Hi there, Cohorts!
We hope some of you were able to join us last night for our stint on the Wine & Comics Pairing Show with Dave & Dallas.
But if you couldn't make it, no worries! There's a video up now, broken down by chapter in the video notes on YouTube!
We had a blast talking about everything from wine to comics to Cohorts to…mayonnaise.
We ended up talking about mayonnaise a lot. Mostly about Miracle Whip vs. "salad dressing," and who prefers what.
But we also got Dave and Dallas's wine pairings for the Cohorts Anthology, and we had a heck of a lot of fun! We hope you'll enjoy!
And don't miss…
James Wayne Johnson on Comedy, Comics, and Cohorts

We're pleased to say that, wonder of wonders, we're just 9 backers away from unlocking our next free comic for every backer!
Can't wait to talk to you then!
Safe and Swift,

Here's Another Campaign We Love…
JUGENDSTIL Vol 2
Jugendstil (pronounced "YOU-gihnd-steal") is the term that was used in Germany at the end of the 19th century to describe the innovative and exciting design style known in France and America as Art Nouveau.
Jugendstil, or, "youth-style," was coined from the title of a popular magazine in Germany, Jugend, which published works from young artists who combined nature and fantasy, breaking tradition to create one of the most beautiful and lastingillustration styles of any century.
Jugendstil 1896 Volume 2 completes our curation of the finest illustrations from the year 1896, the first year of the periodical Jugend - the namesake of the jugendstil movement. Over seventy rare and fantastic artworks, as well as German Art Nouveau vignettes and framing elements, are included in this volume.

Welcome to the last few days of the campaign for the Cohorts Anthology!
We're celebrating the campaign early by popping the cork…🍾
On a Wine Podcast!
Tonight, Jayel & Lynsey will to appear on the Wine & Comics Pairing Show where, along with fellow indie comics creator/publisher Dave Baxter, we’ll be pairing the Cohorts Anthology with…wine!
Do superhero team-ups go best with shiraz? 🍷 Are detective stories good with a pinot grigio? 🥂 And do sci-fi tales work better with a dry Riesling or a jammy merlot? 🧐
Find out tonight, as we pair as many of the short comics in the anthology as possible with the perfect wine to accompany their varied flavors.
And discover what comics the Oneshi Press cofounders are currently reading…and what they're drinking with them!
We’ll be live at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (that's 8 Eastern / 7 Central / 6 Mountain) at:
And in the meantime, check out our latest creator interview!

Wedidit!
With your amazing support, we have officially met our funding goal for the Cohorts Anthology! 🎉🥳💃
…But let's not pop the champagne just yet! We've got oneweek left in this campaign, folks.
That means plenty of time for us to keep racking up more backers 📈 unlocking more backer bonuses🔓 and collecting more funds to distribute to the creative teams who made the Cohorts Anthology possible!
💸 Remember: Every dollar past our funding goal (which is the minimum we need to print and distribute this book to our backers) gets shared with our creators. 💸
That means that the more funding we collect now, the more we can pay the visionary creators behind amazing comics, like…
WOW, look at all that gorgeousness! We can't wait to get it into as many hands as possible!
The Christmas season is in full swing throughout the galaxy and Taft is back in this all-new holiday adventure. Taft Sturgeon: Holiday in the Stars isn’t your average “Christmas needs saving” story as Taft and friends chase down a sinister toy salesman, a conniving robotics tycoon, and an army of robotically engineered Taft-O-Trons.
When a black hole flings Taft to the intergalactic North Pole, can he get back in time to save his friends or will he become a permanent resident in Santa's workshop? Is it possible for Taft to overcome greed and exploitation with the power of goodwill and friendship?
